I take my customers' priorities seriously. With 13 years of mortgage banking experience, my continued success rests with the fact that I believe listening to my customers is the most important part of the job.

As an expert with different loan programs such as FHA, VA, and USDA First Time Homebuyers programs, I realize that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Conventional mortgages may not be the only answers to customers' present needs. A thorough knowledge of the current market offerings allows me  to offer multiple options to most borrowers. Counseling clients with the total picture of out of pocket expense, rates, and monthly payments allows you,  the borrowers to choose which program best satisfies your goals in homeownership.

My thorough knowledge of the Virginia markets and what makes them tick translates into smooth transactions.  Nothing gives me more joy in my work than seeing my customers after settlement with smiles on their faces. I believe that I make a positive difference in the lives of my borrowers and their families by affording them choices and assisting them in making solid decisions about the largest investment most will ever make.

A life-long resident of the Northern Virginia area, I am a proud member of the National Eagle Scout Association and the Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association.  I have been married to my wife Tina for 5 years and have three children Janalee, Zeta and Trae.  When I am not working around the clock helping my customers achieve the dream of homeownership, I enjoy Washington Capitals hockey, boating, SCUBA diving, snow sports and spending time with my family.
